Truly flat
No packages of hours that run down with every call, no “flat” contracts with call-out fees, travel or extras in the small print. A fixed monthly fee per machine, with support and remote support included.
Insured for professional liability and cyber risk
If an error of ours causes you damage, including in the form of a cyber incident, our Chubb professional liability policy responds. And the cyber section protects our systems and the data we process for you. Overall limit of €2 million a year.
Everything in writing
What is included is in the contract, not in the footnotes. The insurance certificate is available on request, also for the supplier checks required by NIS2 and by large companies.
